Job Purpose
This position is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, employee relations, vendor management, and reporting
Qualifications
MBA in HR stream/ Post Graduation in any stream with minimum 50%
Experience
- Proven work experience as relevant HR in India.
- Experience in handling statutory compliance and labor law requirements is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder and employee relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, increments, and separations.
- Initiate and process probation confirmations, confirmation letters, merit increment letters, and other employee communications.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage attendance and leave management, Payslip generation, and exit management.
- Oversee day-to-day HR administration activities and ensure smooth operational support.
Payroll and Statutory Compliance
- Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, investment declarations, Form 16 issuance, and employee tax-related processes.
- Liaise with Finance on TDS-related matters and ensure accurate updates in the HRMS.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishments Act, and other labour law requirements.
- Coordinate statutory registrations, filings, renewals, and maintenance of compliance documentation.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Support employee relations by facilitating communication between management and employees.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and employee events.
- Promote initiatives that enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and workplace culture.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Compensation, Benefits and Vendor Management
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage employee medical, accidental, and group insurance processes, including enrollments, renewals, additions, deletions, and claims support.
- Coordinate with payroll providers, insurance companies, background verification agencies, compliance consultants, and other service providers.
- Ensure timely renewal of vendor contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
- Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports and dashboards.
- Conduct periodic validation and audits of employee records, HR databases, and HR documentation.
- Assist in HR audits, policy implementation, compliance reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct HR risk assessments and implement measures to minimise people-related and compliance risks.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Finance, IT, Systems, Marketing, and other support functions to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager from time to time. Qualifications
